    We are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and motivated individual with a history of high performance. The right candidate for this exciting role will be an innovative, curious, detail-oriented, self-starting, organized planner with a demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A good sense of humor is important, as is good judgment, being proactive, and the ability to simplify.

    The perfect candidate will possess the skills to complete high volumes of tasks, and focus on deadline sensitivity with minimal guidance or supervision. The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, proactively creating contingency plans, juggling multiple requests autonomously, problem solving, organizing logistics and assisting with data analytics. This role requires a superior level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Support office by working in an efficient, safe, customer-focused manner
    • Ensure office operates optimally with necessary equipment and tools required
    • Calendar management and meeting organization
    • Implementation and execution of standard Amazon processes, including travel coordination and expense reconciliation
    • Streamline internal and external communications to maximize team productivity; track and help drive completion of key leadership deliverables; ensure effective dissemination of information from central teams; manage and maintain SharePoint sites
    • Plan team events
    • Handle multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and activities, and develop and track plans on how to accomplish goals
    • Track budget/spending



    The monthly gross salary according to the CBA is a least EUR 2795 gross. There is a willingness to make an overpayment, depending on qualification and professional experience.



    Export Control License
    This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

    Basic Qualifications


    • 3+ years experience providing administrative support
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint
    • Enthusiasm, positivity and strong self-motivation; desire to expand skills into new areas
    • Strong prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills with a high degree of flexibility
    • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
    • Appropriate sense of urgency and bias for action
    • Strong communication, composure, and professional attitude
    • Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)

    Preferred Qualifications


    • Ability to develop and maintain a partnership and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
    • Experience of supporting / organizing events
    • Experience of producing written communications in a corporate environment
