    Business Development manager position is for a passionate customer advocate within Amazon, with proven selling, analytical skills, great attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and a proven record of delivering on KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for trade, field work, a high level of flexibility and commitment.

    Responsibilities:
    Look for opportunities to grow the business through acquisition of new sellers.
    Increase selection and manage new accounts.
    Educate sellers on how to list, price and sell their products on Amazon platforms.
    Analyzes sales and other reports that give insights into target sellers, products and listings.
    Resolves issues with contract’s financial aspects and commercial operations.
    Conducts market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities.

    Basic Qualifications


    1) Bachelor’s degree
    2) 2+ years of experience in Sales, FMCG, retail, operations, product or program management, and/or business management/consulting with a proven record of accomplishment in negotiations and delivering results.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1) 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or similar industries.
    2) Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic changes
    3) Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
    4) Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools.
    5) Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
    6) Self-starter, ability to take initiatives
    7) A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
