At AWS Enterprise Support we are looking for a Specialist Technical Account Manager (STAM) to support our customers across Asia-Pacific, Japan and China (APJC). You would be one of the founding members of a dynamic Asia-Pacific, Japan and China (APJC) team bringing the latest in disruptive, cutting-edge cloud computing technologies to bear on the difficult cost and agility challenges facing many organizations The Specialist TAM will work hand-in-hand with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Professional Services and Sales. You will collaborate with our customers and partners on achieving operational excellence, post migrating their SAP Solutions to the cloud, as the primary focus for this role.

Experience with, and a deep knowledge of, SAP systems (like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects)
Understand sizing and solutioning of infrastructure requirements to run SAP systems.
Experience and deep knowledge of SAP Operations Support
Experience and deep knowledge of SAP Basis
Experience and deep knowledge of SAP system migration or upgrade
Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery
Experience in SAP High Availability architectures
Customer facing skills to represent AWS well within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
Ability to work across an Asia-Pacific context (Australia/New Zealand, ASEAN, India, Korea, Japan and China).
Executive speaking and presentation skills – Formal presentations, white boarding, large and small group presentations.
Track record of migrating, implementing, and operating workloads on AWS in a variety of business environments such as large enterprises and start-ups. AWS Certifications, e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional highly desirable.
Ability to innovate; to develop new tools and methodologies to operate SAP workloads on AWS, to invent and simplify to meet customer requirements
Technical degrees in computer science, software engineering, or math highly desired.
