• Owning the New Seller Recruiting sales goals for FBA in KSA, and managing a team of account managers, ensuring that they achieve (and overachieve) against their overall FBA targets. • Coach, develop and motivate your team through weekly 1:1 meeting, assisting them with pipeline management, best practice exchange, as well providing training, and career development guidance. • Identify, set and enforce new best-practices for team to follow in the 4 key aspects of the AM role (screening, seller interaction, onboarding & integration, and account management). • Identify and drive initiatives to deliver operational and Customer experience improvements often with a local scope.
• Proven track-record both as a Sales team manager (at least 5 years) and as an individual contributor in managing key client relationships and hitting monthly/quarterly sales goals. • Effective and persuasive sales pitch and objection handling. • Superb stakeholder management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams across Marketplace & Retail, Operations, Product Development, and Technical teams. • A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality. • Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel) and problem solving skills. • Structured written, business reporting, and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
• MBA from top-tier University preferred • Experience in e-commerce and/or internet/technology companies. • Experience advanced Excel / SQL data analysis or willingness to learn.
