As a member of the worldwide leader for this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and help shape the future of a service category that will have a significant impact on AWS customers global computing model. This Business Manager, Microsoft Platform role has country responsibility and is part of a Global Specialist Organization established to position AWS as the best place to host Windows based production workloads.

As part of a single-threaded specialized overlay team focusing on the Microsoft platform running on AWS, you will be responsible for working with large and Medium customers and their existing account teams to qualify and pursue opportunities for enterprise application workloads and datacenter migration projects. You will liaise with solutions architects, partner and professional services organizations to help drive large and highly complex opportunities to closure. These opportunities will include migrating SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint or SAP applications to the AWS cloud. Your commitments will include quota accountability, help driving platform adoption within large account segments, market penetration in new and existing customers as well as creating public references.

Basic Qualifications

· Extensive experience marketing Microsoft solutions to large enterprises and SMB/SME in Israel
· Proven ability to dive deep on Microsoft Server Technologies (including SQL Server), Licensing, and moving enterprise workloads to the cloud
· Manage and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline of opportunities
· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
· Help develop and perform against a comprehensive territory focused plan
· Manage the end to end process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services and Partners

Preferred Qualifications

· Several years of technology related business development experience with quota accountability
· Direct field experience in working with enterprise and SMB/SME accounts
· Experience working at Microsoft or a systems integrator partner
· Experience in working directly with large enterprise/ SMB accounts in a quota carrying role
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Extensive customer network
· University degree desired
· A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
