TRMS
Our mission in Transaction Risk Management Services ("TRMS") is to make Amazon the safest and most trusted place on Earth,
All candidates will be analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment as Productivity and Quality will be evaluated along with the overall contribution to the development of the department.The Transaction Risk Investigator position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with our customer in English and German or French or Italian or Chinese or Turkish or Spanish
  • Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
  • Consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as necessary.


HRS
HR team for the Regional Shared Services supports Amazon across certain EMEA Countries. The hub provides services in multiple languages to the internal customers. Reporting into an HR Shared Services ERC Team Leader, the teams provide first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, email and instant messaging. This role is the front face of the service to the internal customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Resolve queries by referring to standard operational procedures.
  • Take ownership of customer / employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
  • Identify gaps in the supporting documentation
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form via email, phone and chat / instant messaging in English and Czech or Slovak or German or French
  • Be part of a team that actively seeks customer feedback to improve levels of service.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Basic Qualifications

What are we looking for:
  • Graduates of 2017, 2018
  • Fluent in English and German or French or Czech or Slovak or French or Italian or Chinese or Turkish or Spanish
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Eligibility to live and work in Czech republic
  • Good level or attention to detail, analytical skills
  • Independent decision making
  • Problem solving skills, ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work during weekends as part of your 5 days working week
