  • Job Description

    The position will be assigned to the ACES Team (Amazon Customer Excellence System Team which is understand as an continuous improvement team within Amazon environment) and will work closely with the operations to develop tools and analyze data to support OE initiatives, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools.

    The complexity of research and skills for the ACES Analysts is well beyond basic data entry and research. It involves complex analysis of capacity planning, deep dives into key metrics based on request, building and maintaining of multiple databases, extensive knowledge of software applications to create tools, and understanding of multiple programming languages.
    This position is ideal for graduates who wants to continuously grow and develop themselves in one of the most progressive companies.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 4 year degree or 2+ yrs Amazon work experience
    • Experience with Oracle
    • Knowledge of relational databases (Access, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server), Excel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Windows operating systems
    • Ability to Develop reporting structures via the programming languages listed above
    • Very good knowledge of SQL
    • Fluent in English

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of 5S, Kazein, Six Sigma, Lean
    • Strong analytical and organization skills and ability to influence Sr. Team based on findings
    • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
    • Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Access, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server), Excel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic, Windows OS
    • Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
    • Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
    • Possess the self-confidence to push back on Sr. Team based on data findings and detailed analysis.
    • Customer focus and professional demeanor.
    • Work to create team environment to openly discuss trends and develop and drive the implementation of new solutions.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
