, is seeking a talented, organized, tenacious sales coordinator to assist senior sales leaders with team effectiveness and program execution. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, disruptive software business in our Sydney office.
The role will be responsible for executive and administrative support for sales leadership as well as providing program oversight and reporting for key sales initiatives. This includes schedule coordination, team meeting management, travel planning, budget and expense reconciliation, and sales event planning. Additionally the candidate will provide project management for strategic sales programs and will be responsible for collecting, collating and reporting on program performance data. In this role, the candidate will partner with AWS senior executive staff to ensure effective collaboration and determine schedule prioritization. Successful candidates excel at building working relationships and have a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. Meticulous attention to detail, willingness to solve hard problems and operating independently are all highly valued skills.
