Job Description

The Amazon Retail Vendor Onboarding team works to help Vendors be successful on Amazon, removing blockers where necessary in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and ensure people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. To support its growth, Amazon's Bratislava team is looking for an experienced Senior Retail Vendor Onboarding Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

· Full onboarding support and recruitment of Amazon’s small and medium vendors
· Work closely with management and business owners to improve efficiency and accuracy of our processes
· Reviewing and creating reports, identifying trends and get to the root cause of the issues
· Effectively participating in projects that involve multiple teams within the Company that are above and beyond the normal area of responsibility or expertise.
· Take decisions that are reasoned, documented, and involve partnering with other internal stakeholder teams as appropriate

Basic Qualifications

· Fluent level of English and Spanish
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skill
· Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channel
· Confident in using Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

· Advanced Excel skills
· Basic SQL knowledge
· Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
