Amazon’s Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a dynamic and talented Lead – VSP to achieve the business/operations goals for vendors. The Lead – VSP will be responsible for root causing supply chain issues, negotiating on prices to increase vendor sales in Amazon, expand selection from the vendors, and develop business relationship with vendors in the long run.

The Lead – Vendor Success Program position offers an introduction to our online retail business and a broad training ground for future success. The successful Lead – Vendor Success Program is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both and strategic vendors. He or she must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with internal business and operations partners.”
Core Responsibilities
· Work with the vendors from the time of launch at Amazon to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.
· Work with the vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow
Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products.
· Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
· Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus up to 2 years of experience
  • Fully Bilingual (Portuguese / Spanish)
  • MS Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel
· SQL and VBA knowledge is a plus
· Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying sales candidates.
· Experience using or other CRM tool.
· Inside sales or Client management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing, HiTech or software industries.
