Job Description

Amazon Transaction Risk Management Systems is a vibrant, global fast moving, customer centric organization. We are currently seeking a Sr HR Business Partner for our office in Prague, to act as a strategic business partner and to implement HR best practices in an excellence focused, dynamic Business to Business support environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering value-add, best in class HR support to internal customer groups in Prague.
· Act as HR Support to associates and client groups and provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans.
· Maintain a strong focus on hiring and developing the team, maximizing employee experience, talent management, engagement, employee relations and acting as a strong business partner to the leadership team.
· Provide valuable input and expertise to your client groups as well as the HR Team in terms of Czech Labor Law, policies and practices
· Support the delivery of appropriate HR training and development programs
· Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures
· Deliver on business-critical HR related projects across EU and Global networks
· Ensure alignment of HR related programs by partnering with peers and colleagues across the globe
· Co-ordinate HR administration
· Implement HR process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience:
· Experience of operating at a Sr HR Business Partner level with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
· The ability to understand and input into business goals and provide HR solutions
· Coaching and mentoring experience at leadership level
· Proven capability of implementing Succession Planning, Employee growth plans and a positive impact on HR metrics
· A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employee and corporate group to ensure a high level of employee engagement
· Proven knowledge and practical application of Czech HR practices and employment laws
· Experience within a rapid and complex changing work environment
· Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
· Will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
· Strong internal and external customer service focus with proven ability to think of the impact beyond the team
· Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· The applicant should be fluent in Czech and English. Additional languages will be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications
