As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technical Customer Support Associate, you will work on phone calls and emails to help customers with account, billing, payment and compliance-related inquiries. You will act as the go-to person for customers, and interact with internal AWS teams as well as external partners to provide the perspective and the voice of the customers. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
· Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to AWS customers.
· Proactively working with customers to understand how they use AWS services and difficulties they have, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
· Interacting with finance, development teams and customers to help ensure customer experience.
· Helping to field customer e-mails and phones with their account/ billing inquiries and requests.
· Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
