Job Description

Amazon is seeking for recently graduates to develop as Delivery Station Managers for our Delivery Satations/Logistics Team in Mexico. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers.

Four key areas that you’ll always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your department.
  • Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives
  • Partner with dispachers and Fulfillment Center to ensure we meet costumer´s needs.
  • Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tool
  • Lead associates, helping and inspiring them to meet customer´s needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, operations, or related field.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and/or evenings.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to use computer and wireless technology.
  • Availability to work in Mexico City, Veracruz, Mérida, Guadalajara, Monterrey, San Luis Potosí, or Villahermosa. (In a short term, this position will be able to move to one of this locations).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple Delivery Satations.
  • Knowledge of existing Amazon Logistics systems or equivalent.
  • Experience leading kaizen or continuous improvement events.
