AWS Kumo Product Management team is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and creative thought leader with a strong background in product innovation to define, develop and deliver the product strategy for AWS Case Management. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements, product delivery, go-to-market strategy, increasing product adoption and revenue for a new product.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

· Creating the Product Strategy for AWS Case Management for internal and external customers
· Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
·Partner with software development and design teams to deliver on product roadmap
· Launching the vision, product strategy and roadmap for our products and working with key stakeholders in the company to deliver on that vision, e.g. sales, partner teams, international site leaders, etc.
· Responsible for the go-to-market plan and enablement, working to insure that AWS sales teams have what they need to be successful
· Develop campaigns to create awareness and increase service adoption for the target market segments
· Establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success
· Research and identify new opportunities for AWS to innovate on behalf of our customers

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will clearly be passionate about the large opportunity that the cloud (AWS) space presents, with a track record of success in delivering products and services for the IT industry. He or she is a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team.

· Bachelors degree required in Business, Computer Science, or related field and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred and/or strong, relevant experience
· Strong track record of shaping business strategy for technical products or services for international regions
· Experience in setting product definitions and roadmaps
· Strong understanding of the cloud industry
· Have an entrepreneurial spirit
· Experience working cross functionally with development, design, and marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience creating services offerings for Enterprise level customers
· Experience creating B2B service offerings that cater to a wide audience
· Previous experience managing Software-as-a-Service technology products and managed services
· Familiarity with the unique procurement and contract requirements of public sector customers
· Experience with building products and services for partners, resellers, and consulting companies
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
· Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
· Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
· Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter.
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
· Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
· Exhibits excellent judgment
· Proven ability to influence a large organization effectively
